About the Role:
Oxzara Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services in the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging key decision-makers, managing the sales pipeline, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent Oxzara Healthcare and promote our RCM solutions to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.

Identify and connect with potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services in optimizing their revenue cycle.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to onboarding and relationship management.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on market insights.

Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum two years in B2B sales, healthcare sales, or field sales (RCM or healthcare technology experience preferred).
